Itinerary (6 days / 5 nights)

Day 1: Bali Arrival – Transfer to Hotel

Welcome to Bali, you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel. Check in to the hotel and free program.

Day 2 – Half day Afternoon Uluwatu and Kecak Dance Tour (B)

Breakfast at the hotel and free program. In the afternoon, we will pick you up from the hotel and take you to Uluwatu Temple. Uluwatu is one of Bali’s beautiful temples, located on a cliff and renowned among surfers as an exotic surf spot. The temple perches on a cliff-top, approximately 70 meters above the crashing waves. Locally known as ‘Pura Luhur Uluwatu,’ it shares similar magnificent sunset views with the Tanah Lot sea temple in West Bali.

The pathways throughout the site provide an opportunity to admire the ancient architecture and sculptures up close. The temple is surrounded by a dense forest inhabited by gray long-tailed macaques. Adjacent to the temple is an open-air amphitheatre where you can enjoy the Ramayana ballet or Kecak dance during sunset, creating perfect opportunities for memorable pictures.

Day 3:  Tanah Lot – Jatiluwih UNESCO Heritage Site – Ulun Danu Temple (B,L)

Breakfast at the hotel, we start the trip at 08:30 and head to Tanah Lot Temple. Tanah Lot Temple is one of Bali’s most important landmarks, famed for its unique offshore setting. An ancient Hindu shrine perched atop an outcrop amidst constantly crashing waves, Tanah Lot Temple is simply among Bali’s not-to-be-missed icons. Afterwards, visit The Jatiluwih rice terraces, offering one of the island’s most famous rice field landscapes. The vast fields make up a considerable area of the cool highland village of the same name in the Tabanan Regency and can be a soothing retreat away from the common crowds of the island’s southern beach resort areas. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. The last visit is Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, both a famous beautiful landmark and a significant temple complex on the western side of Beratan Lake in Bedugul, central Bali. The entire Bedugul area is a popular upland weekend and holiday retreat for locals from the more urban areas in the island’s south. The program ends with a return to the hotel.

Day 4: Barong Dance – Kintamani Tour (B,L)

Breakfast is served at the hotel, followed by pickup at 08:30. One of the most exciting full-day trips you can take in Bali begins with a Barong & Kris dance, a fascinating dance drama depicting the eternal battle between good and evil. Next, we will visit Sari Amerta Batik, where you can witness many of the steps in the batik making process. Our journey continues with a visit to the handicraft villages of woodcarvers (Mas), a short stop to view jewellery making at Angel Silver Store, and goldsmiths (Celuk). Afterward, we’ll enjoy the panorama of Mount and Lake Batur from the mountain town of Penelokan-Kintamani. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant, Lake View Bali. Following lunch, we’ll proceed to Cantik Agriculture to observe coffee processing procedures and enjoy free coffee tasting. On the way back, our final stop will be at Tampaksiring and the Tirta Empul Holy Water Temple. We then proceed back to your hotel in the late afternoon.

Day 5: Kerta Gosa – Tenganan Village – Tirta Gangga Water Palace (B,L)

Breakfast will be served at the hotel, with pickup scheduled for 08:30. Our first tour stop is the Kerta Gosa Hall of Justice in Bali, a historical landmark in Semarapura, the main town of the Klungkung regency in East Bali. Kerta Gosa is part of the Puri Semarapura royal palace complex and comprises two main structures: the grand hall, or Bale Kerta Gosa, adorned with ceilings filled with Kamasan-style paintings, and the Bale Kambang floating hall or pavilion, surrounded by a moat. Following this, we’ll visit Tenganan Pegringsingan, one of the oldest villages in Bali, where you can immerse yourself in the traditional Balinese way of life. As one of the Bali Aga (original Balinese) villages on the island, Tenganan is well-preserved and predates the arrival of the Majapahit Kingdom to Bali. One of the village’s most unique attractions is the ancient double-weave ikat cloth produced here, called Geringsing. Lunch will be enjoyed at a local restaurant. Our final visit is to Tirta Gangga, a royal water garden complex in East Bali built in 1946 during the reign of the late king of Karangasem. This lavish water garden complex spans 1.2 hectares and features a collection of freshwater pools, ponds, and functioning fountains surrounded by well-manicured gardens. The program concludes with a return to the hotel.

Day 6:  Departure (B)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out. We’ll pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the airport for departure.
